The East of England Arena and Events Centre hosted an array of events every year, all varying in event type and scale. To keep the calendar full and interest high, the venue needed to work with organisers to promote their events.
Since 2017, Vividink has been serving as the bridge between venue and organiser with our ‘Organiser Support Form’. These packages consist of;
Throughout the process, we also examined individual events' needs to see how we could promote them further. Where relevant, we posted on the arena's ‘What’s On’ web page, news page, and Google My Business.
This support has helped organisers and, by association, the venue reach a larger audience through collaborating campaigns. It has also helped ensure that organisers felt engaged with the venue and strengthened their relationships.
