Summary: In the build-up to the 2019 edition of Equifest, one of the UK’s largest competing equestrian events, we provided an array of pre-event promotion, public relations, social media promotions and press liaisons.

Equifest is one of the UK’s largest competing equestrian events and is a firmly established edition to the East of England Arena and Events Centres calendar.

Each year the event attracts up to 10,000 riders and visitors from all across the UK and Europe to gather to take part in a variety of disciplines such as Showing, Show Jumping, Dressage and Carriage Driving, as well as entertainment and seminars. 

In 2019 the show underwent some major layout and programme changes that caused some consternation amongst attendees so a communications campaign was commissioned to provide reassurance.

In the build-up to the 2019 edition of the event, we provided a pre-event promotion, public relations, social media promotions and press liaison.

On the day, Vividink also provided on-site support by;

• Taking photographs and videos of the event.
• Posting live social updates throughout the show.
• Managing the press and media attending the event.
• As well as a post-event campaign via news releases.

The event attendance was maintained at previous levels and the programme of events was fully booked with competitions being completed in all disciplines.
